TICKETS FOR COMMENCEMENT

Graduation will be held rain or shine on Thursday, June 19, 2014. With this in mind, the ticket distribution will be as follows: Each senior will receive six (6) BLUE tickets (HOME) or six (6) WHITE tickets (VISITOR) for the outside ceremony. These tickets will be marked with HOME/VISITOR so as to direct you to the side of the stadium your son/daughter will be seated. You will also receive three (3) CHERRY tickets. These tickets will allow you to sit in the

Gymnasium and to personally observe the indoor ceremony; these are the only tickets that will get you into the

Gymnasium . These tickets will also be marked HOME/VISITOR so as to direct you to the side of the gymnasium your son/daughter will be seated. Additionally, there will be three (3) YELLOW tickets that you may distribute to family members to view the ceremony via closed circuit television in our Auditorium. Those members receiving the YELLOW tickets will need to enter the building by the MAIN SCHOOL ENTRANCE AND NOT THE GYM ENTRANCE. This is to alleviate masses of people entering in one location for the indoor ceremony. Again, tickets will only be issued to those students who have met all obligations.

D. PARKING

Those families needing special arrangements for handicapped parking and seating please indicate this on the enclosed ticket request form which must be returned to Mr. Griesbaum in the Athletic Office by Monday,

May 19, 2014. Also, for those who choose, handicapped seating will be available in the cafeteria this year to view the ceremony on closed circuit television.
