Children’s Ministries
Once a month on Communion Sunday, we are asking K – 5th graders to stay in the Sanctuary to have the exposure to our
Methodist Church prayers and traditions as well as Pastor Jamie’s Message.
The Treehouse: We welcome children ages 4 yrs old through 5th grade to learn together in the Treehouse! From 9:50am – 10:40AM, we
operate in a “two room school” type environment with 4-6 year olds together and 1st grade through 5th sharing together.
“Fun”Day School: As Children’s Moment during the church service concludes, children ages 4 through 5th grade will depart for the
Fellowship Hall (those under 4 yrs of age should proceed to the nursery). As a group, we will praise the Lord singing new songs and familiar
songs. We will also work in our very popular Puppets Ministry during this time. As the group activity winds down, children will depart for their
respective “Fun”day School Class for more indepth learnings based upon the lessons below. Your child will be waiting in their classroom at
the end of the service to share what they have learned!
We hope you allow us to share the lessons below with your child. We strive to keep the environment friendly and fun while learning about
His Word. All instructors are Safe Sanctuary Trained and we always welcome children and their friends to join us! Please refer to the

March – Health Kits: We will be collecting:
 New Bath Hand towels (15”x25” to 17”x27”)
 New Washcloths
 Combs – sturdy and at least 8: long (not pocket combs or picks)
 Metal Nail Files
 Nail Clippers (no toenail clippers please)
 Bar Soap – 3 oz and larger (no Ivory)
 Toothbrushes – adult size, in original packaging
 Bandaids – ¾” to 1” size, common household bandaids
August – School Kits: We will be collecting:
 Blunt scissors – rounded tip only
 Qty 3 of spiral notebooks or 150 sheets of loose leaf paper
 Pencil Sharpener – hand held, at least 1” long
 Ruler
 Unsharpened Pencils (no advertisements)
 Erasers that are 1” to 2” or larger
