A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to Sign Application for Funding under FY2016-FY2017
LCDBG Program. (Introduced by Councilman Ritchie).
A RESOLUTION to hire Engineering Services for the City of Bogalusa relative to Louisiana
Community Development Block Grants. (Introduced by Councilman Ritchie).
A RESOLUTION to hire Administrative Consultant for the City of Bogalusa relative to
Louisiana Community Development Block Grants. (Introduced by Councilman Ritchie).
A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a contract for
the Phase II Taxiway Design at the George R. Carr Memorial Airport. (Introduced by
Councilwoman Fortenberry).
A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a contract for
the Runway 18 Obstructions Assessment at the George R. Carr Memorial Airport.

AN ORDINANCE to change the zoning at 301 Montgomery Street from A-2 Residential to BTransition in order to open a Chiropractor’s Office at that location. (Introduced by
Councilwoman Kates).

Councilwoman Kates).
8. PUBLIC HEARINGS & ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES:
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to acquire by purchase of
expropriation the ownership of parcels of property needed for construction and
maintenance of the south runway overrun. (Introduced by Councilwoman Fortenberry).
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a new lease
agreement with The Salvage Store, Inc., concerning 215 Industrial Parkway, Bogalusa,
Louisiana, which lease will include provisions to expand the present location and install a
cooler/freezer facility in the new premises. (Introduced by Vice-President White).
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a contract for
Professional Services for the planning of a cold storage at The Salvage Store in the Industrial
Park with RCL Architecture, LLC. (Introduced by Vice-President White).
