Create a new Shipping Rate Computation Method:
We need to add another shipping rate computation method which will allow us to get shipping quotes from the shipping company called Saia. To add another
shipping rate computation method, go to Home > Configuration > Shipping > Shipping Rate Computation and click the “Add New” button. This will display the
screen shown below:

In the Name textbox, enter “By Freight” and create a new configuration template and then enter the configuration template path and class name above. See the
configuration for UPS to see how their template and class were created. We want to create this new Shipping Rate Computation Method so that we can get
shipping quotes from another company called Saia. Saia provides a Web Services URL as well as sample C#/ASP.NET code that will help us communicate with
Saia and get shipping quotes.

Note: Once we have successfully created and enabled this Shipping Computation Method, the users will be able to see another shipping option called “By
Freight” in the checkout screen, and the estimate shipping cost for this method will be computed automatically by invoking Saia’s Web Services.
