President 1. Act as the official spokesperson of the members of Collegiate DECA. 2. Attend all official Collegiate DECA meetings. 3. Attend all Collegiate DECA sponsored events and programs. 4. Attend SLF meetings. If you can’t attend, find a replacement. 5. Preside over the Collegiate DECA monthly meetings. 6. Coordinate the attendance of Officers at officer meetings. 7. Coordinate and integrate all activities and duties of officers, members, and volunteers of Collegiate DECA. 8. Maintain communication between members and advisor. 9. Attend local and state conference. 10. Perform all duties in coordination with the advisor. 11. Maintain the Collegiate DECA @ SCC’s website. Vice President 1. Preside and perform the duties of President, in the absence of the President. 2. Attend all official Collegiate DECA Planning and General Meetings. 3. Attend all Collegiate DECA sponsored events and programs. 4. Substitute at SLF meetings if President can’t attend. 5. Plan and facilitate Collegiate DECA–sponsored community service projects. 6. Attend local and state conference. 7. Perform all duties in coordination with the advisor. 8. Maintain the Collegiate DECA @SCC’s Facebook page. Treasurer 1. Attend all official Collegiate DECA meetings. 2. Attend all Collegiate DECA sponsored events and programs. 3. Substitute at SLF meetings if President or Vice President can’t attend. 4. Plan and facilitate Collegiate DECA membership drive. 5. Plan and facilitate Collegiate DECA-sponsored fundraising events. 6. Along with the advisor, record all fund raising money and deposit into Collegiate DECA account. 7. Submit Event Registration Form two weeks prior to fundraising event. 8. Apply for matching funds from SLF. 9. Attend local and state conference. 10. Perform all duties in coordination with the advisor. Secretary 1. Attend all official Collegiate DECA meetings. 2. Attend all Collegiate DECA sponsored events and programs. 3. Substitute at SLF meetings if President, Vice President, or Treasurer can’t attend. 4. Record attendance at each meeting. 5. Record minutes at Officer Meetings. 6. Maintain communication between members and Executive Officers. 7. Inform all members, via e-mails, of all meetings. 8. Post meeting information on the Collegiate DECA bulletin board and in all business classrooms. 9. Coordinate the decoration of the Collegiate DECA bulletin boards in the AP building once a month. 10. Attend local and state conference. 11. Perform all duties in coordination with the advisor.
