Course outline
Recommended audience: Placement and support practitioners kinship program
Duration: 2 days 9.30am – 4.30pm
Lunch: Not provided.
Venue: Department of Health & Human Services central office 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
Accommodation: All accommodation requirements are the responsibility of the organisations.
Objectives: To develop a greater capacity to utilise Client Relationship Information System for Service
Providers (CRISSP) in line with policy and practice to record all case management requirements for kinship
care program
Delivery style: Training will be delivered using a hands-on approach in a CRISSP training environment, in
order for participants to be given the opportunity to practice using the system.

 Creating a placement and support case
 Notes and documents
 Intake phase/service provision
