Exhibition Rules for Participants
All exhibits are entered at participants own risk
1. Paintings should be properly framed with eyelets/wire to hang.
2. Framed paintings to be labelled on the back with Artists name, title of work, medium
& price
3. Unframed paintings/pictures to be labelled at the front to include the same
information as above (2). Please note unframed works will be displayed in racks,
however if wall space is available, may be used to display unframed works, at the
Organiser’s discretion.
4. Unframed works should be mounted and have a clear protective covering – not
clingfilm please
5. Craft items to be labelled where the information can be easily seen, showing name,
title of work & price
6. Cards to be labelled on the front of packaging, showing your initials & price in £
7. Entry Fees:Art entries up to 6 pieces - £10 framed or unframed - 15% commission on sold work
Craft entries up to 6 pieces - £10 – 15% commission on sold work
Cards free entry up to 20 pieces – 15% on sold work

marked Arts Dream Summer Art Exhibition
10. Handing in will be at Selsey Works ( next to the Town Hall ) on Thursday 31 July
18.00 – 19.00.
11. Collection of unsold works 3 August 16.30 – 17.00
12. Stewarding is essential for the smooth running of the Exhibition, if you can freely offer
your time we would be so pleased to hear from you on:- Any queries or offers of help
