SPEECH OF PERSUASION NPHS - Public Speaking – Formal Speech #2 Topic: You will choose an issue about which you have strong feelings. This issue must be one that is conducive to persuasive appeal. There must be more than one side to the argument. Speech: Your speech will be a 3-5 minute formal speech aimed to persuade your audience to agree with your side of the issue being discussed.
