When the RSA service is initiated, the following services will be performed.
Pre-RSA Service Report (A detailed report of the operating state of the computer and security software.)
System Optimization
1. Clean inside & outside of computer (canned compressed air)

4. Adjust start-up programs
5. Add and/or remove programs
6. Scan registry for errors and fix
RSA Set-up
1. Remove temporary & user data
2. Protect against infrastructure attacks
3. Scan system for hidden activity
4. Virus scanner
5. Spyware scanner
6. Malware scanner
7. Memory scanner
8. Real-time protection (guardian runs nightly)
System Update
1. Windows OS
2. Microsoft Office programs
3. Internet Browser & Internet Browser Plug-Ins (only 1 browser)
4. iTunes & QuickTime
Post-RSA Service Report (Every month via email you will receive a detailed report of the operating state of
the computer and security software.)
(Yellow highlighter will signify that the task will be completed once every thirty days.)
RSA Customer Loyalty Discount* Program
Every year anniversary a 2% discount will be added to your account not exceed 10%. Any RSA customer
who reaches their 5 year anniversary will receive an additional 5%, for a total of 15%. You may use your
RSA Customer Loyalty Discount for any one time "service" that Livewire PC promotes. In addition, you
can share your RSA Customer Loyalty Discount with friends and family**.
Once you reach your 3 year anniversary, your RSA Customer Loyalty Discount will include: NO "afterhours
Service Call Fee"($25 savings).
Network Lock-Down Service
To provide you with the securest computing experience possible , we will limit the number of network
devices allowed on your network. Your network will deny access to any unregistered devices trying to
access your network. We will stop "Google" from using your Wi-Fi location for its mapping and GPS
service. Explain SSID and offer to turn it off. We will adjust Internet Explorer and stop your physical
location from being shared.***
(Our "Network Lock-Down" service is not included with our RSA service. However, we "HIGHLY"
recommend you take advantage of this service, and if you do at the same time as your RSA
is initiated, you will save 50% off the regular promoted price.)
