Temporary Information/Data Input Officer (4 month
contract)

a wide range of internal (staff, volunteers, service users) and
external sources (e.g. Data base provider, Camden Council
channels, Age UK partners, care navigators, community connectors
and other agencies) in order to ensure the database is up to date
and accessible and manuals are produced to a high standard.

Excellent computer skills – databases/directories, keyboard, MS

Word, Excel and Outlook, networked environment – all essential

Willingness to be flexible within the team and prepared to work

EXPERIENCE

Good level of experience of working with databases and on line

directories with accurate data entry and organisation of information

Good level of experience in communicating with and supporting key A & I
partners and stakeholders in use of the on line directories as well
as ensuring a good two way flow of information to keep the
directory information up to date

Experience of provision of training and promotion of
A, I & E
databases/directories (including attending meetings with partners)
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

No essential requirements for formal qualifications but IT/database

qualifications relevant to this post desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel round the borough to different AUC/partner sites.

Sufficient fitness/strength to move minor office equipment
desirable.
