The goods and services shown are those we can provide to our customers. You may
choose only the items you desire. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any
items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement
we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
St. Mary’s Cemetery operates for the purpose of providing sacred burial for parishioners
of St. Mary’s Parish#. Non-parishioners, who are immediate family members (first
generation) of a current or deceased parishioner, may purchase plots at a higher price.
All work at the cemetery is performed by cemetery employees or those directly contracted
by the cemetery. No individual or contractor is permitted to perform any work, repair,
landscaping, etc. of any kind within the cemetery.
Ground burial plots require an outer liner, not provided by the cemetery. Customers may
purchase this through a Funeral Home. Plots are sold without a memorial marker or
engraving. The customer is responsible for obtaining their own memorial or engraving
from an independent dealer. The dealer must submit for approval, a completed
Application to Erect a Memorial permit prior to acceptance by the cemetery. The permit
and/or memorial will be rejected if it does not meet our rules and specifications. Dealer
specifications for memorials are available at the cemetery office. Cemetery personnel
install the memorial marker.
