Mike Jones Memorial – MGA Opening Day Tournament

This years’ “Opening-Day Tournament” will be dedicated to our friend and fellow member Mike Jones.
As you all know, Mike passed away unexpectedly and all-to-soon this past January.
We have decided to name the MGA Opening-Day Tournament in his honor. In addition, there will be a
special dedication ceremony of the Memorial Garden that is under construction on Hills #5.
The garden is being made possible by many generous donations from family, friends and fellow
members.
Format: 2-Person Best Ball, Gross, Net and Ladies Divisions. In addition, a number of Mike’s associates,
co-workers and friends have expressed an interest in playing. We will be adding a “Friends and Family”
Division to the event. (We look forward to showcasing how great our Ashley Plantation member events
are and what a fantastic group of fellow members Mike had to our guests!)
Entry Fee: 7-Day Members = $45 / 7-Day Platinum = $30 / 5-Day Members = $80 / Guests =$80

Entry Fee includes; Golf and Cart Fee, Prize Pool, Mike Jones Opening Day Commemorative
Jacket and Ball Marker as well as complimentary Keg of Beer at completion of play.
Dedication: Upon completion of play (approximately 2PM) we will form a “Golf Cart Parade” and travel
to Hills #6 for the dedication ceremony of the new Memorial Garden.
