refused the application but it was allow on appeal

NOTICE OF APPEAL
Appeals have been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate against the borough
council’s refusal to grant permission at the following locations:
(a)
Land opposite Five Furlongs, Queen Street
Change of use of land to site one mobile home and one touring caravan for gypsy
occupation (TW/12/00883). Removal of condition 2: removal of mobile home/static
caravan and touring van and the land restored to its former condition on or before 6th
August 2014. Variation of condition 7: landscaping. Removal of condition 9:
submission of full details of proposed mobile home/static caravan.
When this Committee considered the original application it decided not to comment.
The appeal will be heard by an informal hearing (date to be agreed) If members
wish to send comment to the Planning Inspectorate then it should do so by the 13th
August 2013.
Charles Trent Ltd, Willow Lane, Paddock Wood
Outline – Access and Layout not reserved – residential development of existing car
salvage/end of life vehicles processing and storage operation. When this committee
considered this application it objected to the proposals. The appeal will be heard by
