The Owner instructed Municipal Account Rectifiers to place the electricity
billing of the above property on the reseller’s electricity tariff of the City of
Johannesburg and load billing to apportion same according to the number of
units in the premises and, in general, to see to billing errors by the City of
Johannesburg
Municipal Account Rectifiers are a no benefit – no fee service provider and do
not charge a basic fee or a deposit.
In lieu of their services, the owner will:
1.
For change of tariff of water and electricity (and the loading of details
to reduce the tariff apportionment), the fee will be the monthly saving
on the month of correction by the City of Johannesburg.
2.
Monthly saving will be determined by deduct the new debit from the
old calculated tariff, which will amount to the monthly saving.
3.
The full fee will be payable on the month of correction.
4.
If the billing is corrected for previous months, the owner will pay to
Municipal Account Rectifiers 10% of the credit passed by the City of
Johannesburg.
5.
A certificate of the amounts saved herein before issued by Municipal
Account Rectifiers will be prima facie proof of the saving and the
amount due.
6.
If we must migrate from one tariff to another tariff (say from Demand
to Business or Business to Residential), then we bill 2 months’ saving.
