Water Fitness Class Descriptions
Aqua Tabata
Aqua Tabata is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in the water. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds
and recover for 10 seconds with roughly 8 rounds of work. This class is a work at your own maximum, so all levels
can benefit.
Equipment: Flotation belts and weights may/may not be used.
Aqua Boot Camp
Aqua Boot Camp is a deep-water, high intensity, cardio workout, with zero impact. In this class you will tone your
legs, arms, abs, and posterior chain, as well as improve knee strength.
Equipment: Flotation belts and weights.
Deep Water Interval Challenge
Deep Water Interval Challenge starts with traditional aqua jog exercises followed by high intensity interval training,
including strength and core challenges.
Equipment: Flotation belts, fitness noodles and other resistance equipment.
Flex and Flow
Yoga takes naturally to the water. Learn how to stretch your entire body without leaving the pool! The water
comfortably supports the body while providing resistance. Enhance flexibility, strength, breathing, and body
awareness while connecting the mind, body and spirit.
Equipment: Water exercise noodles.
Aqua Kickboxing
Kick away the calories! Get a total body strengthening workout using kickboxing moves. This shallow water class
is a great whole body workout. Learn how to jab, cross, hook, and uppercut in the water all while toning your arms
and strengthening your legs.
Equipment: None.
Aqua Core Challenge
Moves that sizzle for max calories burned! Class moves from shallow to deep water using a combination of moves
that will help tone your abdominals and improve your posture. Liquid sculpting for your belly!
Equipment: Kickboards.
Aqua Body Blast
Burn calories and have fun with this challenging, variable intensity, low impact workout in the shallow water. Set
to high-energy music using resistance equipment; this class focuses on cardiovascular training with the option
offered for high intensity intervals, muscle toning, core strength, flexibility, range of motion, and functional
coordination. You won’t be bored as this workout brings a new program each day.

Aqua Fit
Set your own pace as you enjoy the benefits of water. Focus on strengthening your muscles with this total body
workout using traditional aqua jog, water resistance, and equipment. You will enhance your flexibility, muscle
strength, and cardiovascular fitness through a variety of exercises to develop a healthier you.

Water R.O.M.
Enjoy warm water exercises that increase your range of motion, strengthen muscles, and enhance your flexibility
while providing mild to moderate cardiovascular exercises. Improve balance while relieving pain and joint stiffness
associated with arthritis and other similar diseases.
