Building & Facility Maintenance (work closely with Matt N.)
- planter boxes on sidewalk need care & donated plants
- sweep whole of interior and sidewalks outside
- windows washed in & out
- trash to be put out every Thursday EOD
- paint / place Arbutus logo on dumpster in alley
- paint over mural on exterior
- signage (under development)
- tool maintenance and repair
Marketing/Communications
- Help track and respond to information requests
- update brochure and create other material
- create 1/2 sheet flyer to pass around downtown (template or easily updatable)
- Distribute flyers weekly
- Website needs:
o Routinely:
 new class descriptions / presenter bios added

 Design/layout technical assistance
o special place for major events announcements

o use to announce new classes and special one-off events
o direct folks to website for full class descriptions & registration
