About the ecological and intellectual battle
«Ecologists vs Industrialists»
1. General items:
1.1 Ecological and intellectual battle «Ecology vs Industrialists» in the field of ecology
and industry is held within the Third Eurasian economical forum of youth.
1.2 Goals and objectives
1.2.1 To let the participants have an o appealing to their knowledge in industry and ecology,
defend their point of view in an intellectual dispute between opponents and experts.
To draw public opinion to problems of ecology, to influence on the relations between human
beings and ecology.
1.2.2 The goal of the competition:

To single out the most actual point of view on the solution of modern problems in the
field of ecology and
2. Ecological and industrial battle «Ecologist vs Industrialists» is held in nominations:


«Best ecologist»
«Best industrialist»
For participating in ecological and intellectual battle «Ecologists vs Industrialists» it is
necessary to fill in the form (Appendix 2)
3. The organizers of the competition are a Eurasian congress of young innovators, youth
directors of Eurasian economical youth forum, USUE.
4. The participants of the competition:
 persons from 16 to 30;
 having idea about ecology and industry;
Individual participants are allowed to participate. The composition of the participants is
formed in accordance with the requests sent.
5. Filling in of forms.
5.1 For participation in competitions applications are taken, as a filled-in form, stated in
this item and having all the necessary enclosures and documents according to Appendix 2.
5.2 The works are presented to the Organizational Committee in an electronic form by email. The address is: eurasiagreen2012@gmail.com
6. Order of conduct
6.1 The competition consists of two rounds: elimination round and final round.
Elimination tour: the entries are accepted in nominations proposed according to
requirements, fixed in items 1.2 and 3. The committee conducts selection of applications in
absence and forms a top list of the best in every nomination at the official site of the forum
www.eurasia-forum.ru. Acceptance of applications is held from November, 21, 2011 to April, 1,
2012.
Final: the best challengers are selected. The winners will be invited to Ekaterinburg for
participating in battle on April, 25, 2012.
7. Criteria of the estimation
7.1 During the summarizing the following criteria will be estimated:
7.1.1 For estimation ecological and intellectual battle «Ecology vs Industrialists» the expert
council estimates the projects according to the following criteria:
 an ability to use the knowledge practically in the area given;
 an ability to defend one`s point of view;
 eloquence;
8. The commission of the competition
8.1 The commission of the competition is formed by the organizers from among experts in
ecology, innovations, industry and business
8.2 The composition of the commission will be announced before April, 1 of 2012. The
information will be displayed at the site of the forum.
8.3 The duties of the commission of the forum are the following:



the check-up of applications presented (see Appendix 2) during the selection;
identification of the winners of the battle;
record keeping of the competition;
8.4 The committee makes a decision about each nomination in accordance with the sum of
points received by the competitors. Criteria, described in items of section 7, are taken into
account.
8.5 The committee has the right to single out a special nomination.
9. Summarizing
9.1 According to the decision of the committee I, II, III places are taken in each nomination.
10.2 All participants are awarded with diplomas, special prizes according to the decision of
the committee. The winners have an opportunity to participate in a panel discussion Inoprom
2012 in Ekaterinburg.
