Have you faced barriers similar to those described or observed others' experiences with any of these barriers? Give an example to illustrate. Leaders set a course of direction and influences people to follow that direction. This being, true a manager may or may not be a leader. Leaders carry out their roles in a wide variety of styles. Leadership style is influenced by the individual’s beliefs, values, and assumptions, as well as the organizational culture and the situation. A few leadership styles that have been identified include autocratic, laissez-faire and democratic. There are numerous leadership styles. What is your leadership style?
