PLANNED GIVING: Thanks to all who have signed up again to the Planned Giving, through
either direct debit or envelopes, for the coming financial year, boxes of envelopes are available
in the foyer for collection. For those who did not have the opportunity to sign up - you might
like to do so during Mass and put the commitment form in the envelope provided and add it to
the collection basket. If you have further questions Chris our Parish Secretary will be available
in the Parish Office today [9381 0402].
ORDINATIONS: On Saturday 1st August, Archbishop Costelloe will ordain 8 men to the
Priesthood at the Cathedral. Let us remember and pray for these students, three of
whom have been on pastoral assignments in our Parish.
SUPPORTING HOMOSEXUALS IN THE COMMUNITY: Our next gathering will be on Wed 22nd
July at 7.00pm in the Upper Room.
DIVORCED/SEPARATED Our next gathering will be in the Upper Room on Wed 8th July at
7.00pm.
YOUTH: BOARD GAME-SOCIAL NIGHT. Sunday, 5th July 7-9pm. Come along to meet new
people, test your skills, and stretch your mind and your heart. Info: Paul 0433 070 371
THANK YOU: Dianne …. Who over the last few months has created a Parish Registry of all
items in the Presbytery, Church and Parish Offices. This will be kept on file, and also with our
Insurance Company.
NEW ACOLYTES: we will be in touch shortly with those who have accepted the invitation.
Training will commence after that under the expert guidance of Peter Mazur.
LANDSCAPING: Many people have commented on the way the grounds have been maintained,
we have passed on our thanks to Paul Blair and his dedicated team from Greenworks.
SAFEGUARDING PROJECT: will be launched at all Masses next weekend [July 4/5] with a
special DVD from Archbishop Costelloe.
CHURCH PAINTING: To commence on Monday 13th July.
During this period the Church will be closed during the day and open at
weekends. We apologise in anticipation for any disruption.
