How to Upload Course Syllabi to the TVCC webpage
SYLLABI can NOT be uploaded until AFTER the TVCC SPRING 2011 schedule is available in this system!!!
Access www.tvcc.edu, scroll down to bottom right hand corner of page and select “Login”
Select “Syllabus System”
Enter your cardinal ID and your password (NOT necessarily Cardinal Password). The first log in, your password will be first1.
Upon initial log in, you will need to change your password using the guidelines that are provided
Select “Choose Different Semester – 2011 Spring” NOTE: SP2011 semester will NOT be available until after November 3rd (or possibly a few
days beyond)
Select “Select Syllabus” (Make sure that the courses available are those that you are scheduled to teach during the Spring 2011 semester).
IF you have NO syllabi that have been previously uploaded, select “Upload Syllabus for Current Semester”.
Browse your computer to find the PDF VERSION of your syllabus for the specific course in which you are uploading. Select “Upload” when the
desired PDF file(s) have been located.
Select “Choose Syllabus”
Identify and select which uploaded file you want to be assigned as the syllabus for this course. Select “Submit Selection”.
View the uploaded syllabus to ensure that it is the desired file.
Repeat the process for any additional syllabi that need to be uploaded.
Log Out of the system.
