FROZEN SEMEN Contract

This contract is specifically for mares located outside the continental United States. When
using frozen semen to inseminate mares the following conditions will apply:
Stallion Service Fee." A one time, non-refundable fee of $1,350.00 prior to August
1st, is payable in full as advance payment of the purchase price of frozen semen
before the Farm will approve any release and usage of semen by SBS and Goulburn
Valley. This includes the $1000.00 Stallion Service fee plus the $350.00 for one
dose ($350 per dose of semen) After August 1st, the stallion service is $1250
plus the $350 for one dose of semen or $1600. A second dose of frozen semen can
be purchased for an additional $400.
2. A copy of the mare's registration papers and details of the owner including AQHA /
AmQHA Membership number should be at Circle C Farm and Goulburn Valley office before
breeding commences.
3. It is recommended that a thorough veterinary reproductive exam and normal uterine
cytology and/or uterine culture should be taken before commencing breeding,
4.The Veterinary Clinic/ Breeding facility, where the mare is to be bred, will not be supplied
with semen unless the entire breeding and booking fee has been paid.
5. The Veterinary Clinic/ Breeding facility to be approved by the stallion owner.
6. one (1) full dose (8 x .5mil straws) of frozen semen to be allocated to a mare. If
additional frozen semen is required the charge is $400 per additional dose.
7. Should any semen from the initial dose of frozen semen be unused a further service can
be purchased for $1250 payment must be received prior to insemination of the mare. Any
unused straws are to be returned to the storage facility.
8. Frozen Semen will be in storage at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital, 905 Goulburn Valley

9. All shipping charges and/or container rental to be paid directly to Goulburn Valley Equine
Hospital by the mare owner.
10. The live foal guarantee found in our Breeding Contract will be honored with this frozen
semen contract. There will be one year right of return associated with this contract.
11. It is the responsibility of the Mare owner to inform Circle C Farm of the dates that the
mare was covered, so that the information can correctly be entered on the Stallion Report.
12. The Mare Owner or Agent must sign this contract and return a copy to Circle C Farm
office before any insemination takes place. It is the responsibility of the Mare Owner or
Agent to read and understand the terms of this contract.
13. The Normal Breeding Contract must be signed and accompany the frozen semen

14. The farm accepts Visa and Mastercard via Paypal with 3% charge on the monies of the
transaction due from Purchaser for each transaction. In order to use this method, please
