Frozen Semen Sales Agreement
This Frozen Semen Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of _____________,
2016 by and between Laura Szeremi DVM (“Stallion Owner”), Lazer Ray Stables (“LazerRay”,
and the purchaser listed below (“Breeder”).

2: STALLION INFORMATION
The Breeder wishes to purchase frozen semen from the following stallion (the “Stallion”)

3. FEES
(a) Purchase Price: For the purposes of this contract, the frozen semen is sold on a “Frozen
Semen Special” basis with a fee of: $200 per dose.
A “dose” shall consist of a single insemination dose containing an estimated 800 million, but not
fewer than 600 million sperm, from freezes previously identified as having produced straws with
a post-thaw sperm motility of not less than 30% progression, determined by Computer Assisted
Semen Analysis (CASA).
(b) Transfer of Title to Semen: LazerRay agrees to sell to the Breeder __________ doses of
frozen semen (the “Semen”) from the Stallion, for a total Purchase Price of ______________,
payable in U.S. Dollars. Rights to the Semen shall transfer to the Breeder upon LazerRay’s
receipt of this Agreement fully executed by the Breeder and payment in full from same. That
date shall be considered the “Purchase Date”.
(c) Additional Fees: The Purchase Price includes only the purchase of the semen. Any
additional costs of storage of the Semen from the Purchase Date, transport of the Semen to the
Breeder, and any other expenses of breeding remain the responsibility of the Breeder.
(i) Storage and Distribution Fees:
Storage and shipment of frozen semen for Genuinely Lethal is performed by EquineReproduction.com, LLC. and all payments relating to those services shall be paid directly to that
party. They have a separate contract which includes all the particulars and fees regarding
shipment.
It is the responsibility of the Breeder to arrange insurance on the semen commencing at the
time of the Purchase Date if desired. Neither Laura Szeremi DVM, Lazer Ray Stables, nor
Equine-Reproduction.com shall be held responsible for damage or loss to semen stored or
transported by them, or under their care, custody or control at any time.
Arrangement for continued storage or prompt shipment of semen must be made with EquineReproduction.com within 14 days of the Purchase Date. Semen will not be released to the
Breeder under any circumstances until all fees are paid in full.

The per dose fee may be paid by check to Lazer Ray Stables or through PayPal
LauraS@hiwaay.net. Shipping expenses must be paid directly to Equine-Reproduction.com.

4. LIMITED NUMBER OF BREEDINGS: This semen is sold with the understanding that the
Breeder may produce only one foal from each dose of frozen semen purchased. A single
breeding certificate will be issued for each dose of frozen semen with no time/date restriction.
The Breeder is required to notify Laura Szeremi of each breeding date before October 15th of
the calendar year in which the semen is used so that said breeding(s) may be included on the
breeding report for that year. Laura Szeremi will issue the appropriate Breeding Certificate for
each breeding. No Breeding Certificate will be issued unless the Lot Number from the semen
doses administered is clearly indicated and certified by the veterinarian/technician performing
the breeding. If notice is given after October 15th Breeder will be responsible for any late fees
incurred with AQHA or other registries to issue breeding certificates.
5. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES: Lazer Ray Stables warrants that the Semen has been
processed and tested and is of marketable quality at the time of sale as described above. The
Stallion was tested negative for EVA presence and vaccinated prior to the freezing of the
Semen. Proper semen thawing and handling instructions will be sent with each shipment.
Breeder specifically waives any other warranties, either express or implied by law. There is no
live foal guarantee with regard to mares bred with the Semen.
Breeder assumes all risk of breeding mares with the Semen with regard to the outcomes of any
such breeding.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS: This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties
with regard to the subject matter addressed herein. This transaction is deemed to have taken
place within the State of Florida, United States of America, and the terms of this Agreement
shall be interpreted according to Florida law. Resolution of any disputes arising hereunder shall
be attempted first by mediation before a mediator familiar with both the applicable law and the
customs and practices of the equine industry.
