This contract is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Frozen semen is purchased by the breeding dose as listed below:
One dose is 600.00 to be utilized for a single insemination. Multiple dose discounts are
available.
2. The sale of frozen semen will contain no warranty, guarantee or liability for Nancy
Maloney, Mountain Creek Sport Horses or any agents of Nancy Maloney.
3. All frozen is tested EVA and CEM Negative.
4. All fees must be paid in full before frozen is shipped.
5. The mare owner is responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping the frozen
semen.
6. The mare owner understands there is no return of service for frozen.
7. The mare owner understands and acknowledges that there is no refund of fees
whatsoever for the sale of frozen semen.
8. The mare owner understands that Nancy Maloney and all her agents are not responsible
for lost, delayed, or damaged semen and makes no warrenties of any kind other than
the semen is from Ironman.
9. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and shall be
binding on both parties and their representatives
