i. Survey- people are not seeing as many chapters as they would like
1. Plan is to change convocation, maybe do a tailgate on Simpson Drill Field so all
new members have the opportunity to see more chapters
ii. **Logan- overwhelming number of kids, looking to get out the names of smaller
chapters, and the idea behind doing a bigger convocation will be good for both sides
1. Original intent of convocation has been diluted, and this tailgate is a bigger
scale, just like how Greek Life if growing
2. Spring rush- good time to experiment
3. Will be brought back up at next meeting for us to discuss
4. We need to benchmark
