Junior League of Orange County $50 Opportunity ticket - for $10,000 grand prize
Fun question: what would you do with $10,000? Take an amazing vacation? Put a down
payment on a new car? Remodel the bathroom? Kick start your child’s college tuition fund, pay
down some debt or add to your retirement fund? Here is your chance to choose! As you may or
may not know, I am a member of the Junior League of Orange County, CA (JLOCC). We are
holding an Opportunity Drawing on Friday, March 30, and tickets are $50.00 each for a one in
1000 or better chance for the Grand Prize of $10,000 cash -- plus you can be in the running for
additional prizes to be announced soon. Winner need not be present to win.
Your contribution directly benefits the Junior League of Orange County, a 501(c)(3) charitable
organization that empowers women to take action to improve our community. We identify
community needs, partner with aligned community organizations, and combine funds with
trained volunteers to meet a shared goal. By combining trained volunteers, with fundraising and
advocacy, the Junior League has a unique triple impact in the community.
Through these projects and the training of our members, the JLOCC gives more than 14,000
volunteer hours each year and has contributed nearly $7 million to the community over our more
than 50 years in Orange County.
If you're interested in attending the drawing event, it will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at
Nirvana Grille in Laguna Beach. Doors open at 6:30pm and admission is $20.00 per person. It
will be an evening of cocktails and appetizers, and the winning ticket will be drawn at 7:45pm.
Once again, you don't need to attend the event to win. You can also go in on a ticket with family,
friends, or coworkers.
