 Provide small group math intervention to Tier 2 and Tier 3 students in 3 through 5 grade
 Lead RtI meetings and make collaborative decisions with administrators, general education, and special
education teachers based on multiple forms of student data
 Facilitate vertical Math Committee meetings in order to generate school wide math strategies to be
implemented by all math teachers on campus and create a math fact practice program for students
 Pilot a Culturally Responsive Committee that met monthly to read and discuss how to become more culturally
responsive to students and families as well as how to find a balance and understanding among a diverse
population
 Collaborate on district Math Vertical Team to rewrite the 3rd and 4th grade pacing calendar and curriculum in
order to bring focus to the readiness and supporting TEKS
 Rewrite district math checkpoints and benchmarks for all elementary grade levels to match the curriculum
changes and to better meet the rigor of STAAR as well as create modified versions of the assessments to
better meet the needs of special education teachers and students
 Manage Title I paperwork and documentation as well as at-risk and State Compensatory Education paperwork
for all students on campus
 Organize and analyze data concerning school-wide assessments for all grade levels within Eduphoria in order
to collaborate with teachers and drive instruction during class time as well as RtI small groups
 Create Master Schedule and collaborate with all special programs and staff on campus in order to best serve
students and give time for teachers to plan and collaborate during PLCs
 Offer classroom support for 5th grade Math inclusion students and assist the collaboration among general
education and special education staff
 Prepare TELPAS writing sample training materials for teachers including timelines, rubrics, and possible writing
prompts appropriate to their curriculum and required samples as well as prepare and administer the online
TELPAS reading test




Aid in the integration of technology by supporting staff and students through technology trouble shooting,
trainings, and finding resources to utilize in the classroom including Mimio lessons, Microsoft Office, classroom
webpage development, educational websites, and Eduphoria
Assist teacher instruction with in-class support in small group and whole group instruction specifically in Math
Translate communication between school and families in the form of newsletters, notes, emails, and phone
calls as well as parent/teacher conferences and ARD meetings
