NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Perkasie at the Borough Office, 620 West Chestnut
Street, PO Box 96, Perkasie, PA, 18944 until 10:00 AM on July 20, 2015 for SMALL TRASH BAGS as
follows:
SMALL TRASH BAGS: 24” X 27.5” 002, black opaque film, printed 1C/1S (white ink),on rolls (3” cores)
300 bags per roll, 100 cases, including 6” minimum ties.
All bids received will be opened and read aloud at a meeting to be held at 10:00 AM on July 20, 2015 in
the Borough Office at the above address.
Proposal documents (Perkasie Borough Bid #2015-5 (SMALL TRASH BAGS) can be secured at the
Borough Office. All proposals shall be made in duplicate on these regular forms and shall be sealed,
properly identified, and in the hands of the Director of Public Works at or before the time specified.
ONLY ONE BID PER ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED. The submission of multiple bids for the same item
shall be deemed grounds for bid rejection.
A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total contract shall accompany
each bid.
The Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any items therein, and to waive any
informality in bids received.
