Essential Question: Why is it important to learn vocabulary used in a shopping experience?
Activity: Review vocabulary on shopping, Fashion Project (Students will choose a fashion project
from 6 different choice) Students will work alone to write a 20 sentence paragraph and create a
visual to present to the class on Tuesday. Students will be using clothing, store, and shopping
vocabulary to complete this task along with the appropriate verbs. Students will be graded using
a rubric.
Standards: 4.1, 3.1

French?

pairs to complete activity on conjugation of –ir verbs *I will be circulating the room to assist and
asses student’s work, Introduction to –re verbs Prior to leaving the class students will conjugate
the given verb in the correct form.

French?
Activity: Review vocabulary on shopping, Quiz: -ir verb conjugation, Verb conjugation game
(game includes all regular –er, -ir, and –re verbs in French), students will practice conjugating
verbs in the form of a competition against peers.
