No. 115/2004 Version as at 10 April 2013 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the fees payable to the Registrar-General under the Property Law Act 1958. 2 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 10 October 2004. 3 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 13 and 16 of the Property Law Act 1958. 4 Revocation The Regulations listed in the Schedule are revoked. 5 Fees The following fees are payable to the RegistrarGeneral— SPECIFIC FEES Item Details Fees 1 For each entry or re-entry of execution to bind land to be registered 293 fee units 2 For each entry or re-entry of lis pendens 293 fee units 3 For each entry or re-entry of Crown debtors 293 fee units 1 Property Law (Fees) Regulations 2004 r. 5 S.R. No. 115/2004 ENDNOTES 1. General Information The Property Law (Fees) Regulations 2004, S.R. No. 115/2004 were made on 21 September 2004 by the Governor in Council under sections 13 and 16 of the Property Law Act 1958, No. 6344/1958 and came into operation on 10 October 2004: regulation 2. The Property Law (Fees) Regulations 2004 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 21 September 2014 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994). 4 Property Law (Fees) Regulations 2004 S.R.
