Qualifications related to Human Rights (either a doctorate or professorship in or related to Human Rights. Outstanding academic and/or professional experience and bring added value to delivery of EMHRPP. Commitment to actively participate in activities of the programme. Be willing and able to spend minimum two weeks and maximum three months in two or more partner HEIs on the programme. SELECTION PROCESS: First stage: Applications screened against above entry requirements You will be informed by February 2013 if you have not met these. EMHRPP Scholar Application Form 1 Second stage: Joint Selection Board constituting all 3 EU partner institutions meet to review and approve applications against the consortium’s selection criteria. Third stage: All decisions are sent to the EU for approval between February and March 2013. Outcomes of this stage will be released to successful and unsuccessful applicants in April/May 2013. FINANCING THE PROGRAMME: The EU commission grants scholarships to the scholars fulfilling all above criteria, selected by the consortium. These scholarships carry out teaching and research assignments and scholarly work in the institutions participating in the programme.
