The United Nations Office for Project Services – South Asia Operational Hub (UNOPS- SAOH) invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders who are having experience in similar nature works for Construction of the
Integrated Water Supply System at the Island of Hinnavaru (hereinafter called as "Works”), under the
terms set forth in the bid documents. Joint venture associations between two or more Companies which fulfil
the requirement stipulated in the bid documents will also be deemed as eligible for submission of bids.
Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of tender documents (electronic version) in English language by
clicking the “View Documents” in the “Related Link” column or by sending an email to
KrishanthiD@unops.org. Such requests for the bid documents shall clearly indicate the name and address of
the bidder, contact number, fax number and his/her return email address to receive the digital copy of the bid
documents.
Please be advised that UNOPS reserves the right to amend the solicitation documents at any time.
Any amendments or clarifications will be posted under the “view documents” of the concerned case
file on the “Business opportunities” on www.unops.org, and we kindly ask you to check the site before
submitting your bid.
Electronic bids shall be delivered in accordance with the ITB, on or before 1.00 pm (Sri Lanka time) on 01st
October 2015 to the secured email address bidslkoh@unops.org. Bids sent to any other mail address, fax
number or e-mail address will be declared invalid.
Please note that no remuneration will be made to bidders for preparation and submission of bids.
