UNOPS - LKOH invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who have C-5 or above ICTAD/CIDA registration
under any category and having experience in similar nature works for Construction of Storm Water
Drainage System for Basin J, H & K of Mannar Town, (hereinafter called as "Works”), under the terms set
forth in the bid documents. Joint venture associations between two National Companies which fulfils the
requirement stipulated above will also be deemed as eligible for submission of bids.
Bid Documents will be consisted of four different Lots. Lot 1 is for Construction of RCC Drains and Culverts
in Basin H & J, Lot 2 is for Construction of RCC Drains (D1 to D12) and Culverts in Basin K, Lot 3 is for
Construction of RCC Drains (D13 to D18) and Culverts in Basin K and Lot 4 is for Construction of Culverts
along Station Road, Mannar.
Electronic version of the Bid document can be downloaded by the bidders from UNOPS website from 25th
August 2015 at the following link: https://www.unops.org/english/Opportunities/suppliers/Pages/Businessopportunities.aspx. Alternatively, digital copies of the solicitation documents can be requested by email to
KrishanthiD@unops.org. Such requests for the bid documents shall clearly indicate the name and address of
the bidder, contact number, fax number and his/her return email address to receive the digital copy of the bid
documents.
Please be advised that UNOPS reserves the right to amend the solicitation documents at any time. Any
amendments or clarifications will be posted under the “view documents” of the concerned case file on the
https://www.unops.org/english/Opportunities/suppliers/Pages/Business-opportunities.aspx and we kindly ask
you to check the site before submitting your bid.
Bids must be received by UNOPS on the address, specified below on or before 2.00 pm (Sri Lanka time) on
10th September 2015 in a sealed envelope marked with Case No.: SAOH/83227/2015/ITB-010. Please note
that no remuneration will be made to bidders for preparation and submission of bids.
