CONFLUENCE Guidelines for the Art in Motion Objective: 1. To acquaint the students about promotional strategies in marketing through advertisements. 2. The competition is an opportunity to bring out individual and collective talent of the students participating in it. 3. This competition will provide a platform to participants to explore their creativity and stage presence skills. 4. It is expected from the students that they should get equipped with the knowledge of Ad-making and execution of it live Entry Fee: - 150 General Guidelines 1. Each team consists of 04 members. 2. In this event participants will have to produce advertisement for a product/ service in a proper way which is quite appealing to audience. 3. The caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation etc. in Advertisement. 4. Judging is done on the basis of team’s creativity, customer appeal and stage presence. 5. Disobedience of rules may lead to disqualification. 6. The decision of the judge is final and abiding. 7. Teams have to make a new product name, punch line and advertise the product/brand given to them. 8. The teams must bring equipments required by them for presenting their Advertisement. 9. The contestant may opt for a suitable dress code however the name of the college should not be displayed on the dresses in any form. 10. Overall presentation should not exceed 7 minutes and 3 minutes will be given for question and answer session.
