Coming from an Indian Punjabi family, I had been a foodie since birth! Back in 2007, I
fell in love with studying food and its relationship with the human body during my
BSc. Food Technology from Delhi university.
Despite Pivoting in my career from a Food technologist to a Packaging Technologist, I
came back to studying MSc. Dietetics for my second Post graduation because I missed
knowing the depths of science the human body encapsulates. Once I found my Inner
calling for the studies of food, work became fun & I kept helping people towards their
health goals for 10 years now & counting, getting multiple international Scientific
Conferences & lectures at Universities. In the last couple of years, I have been invited
to multiple conferences, lectures and I have a faithful following on social media.
