General Instructions:
 The Candidate is responsible for uploading completed Form and any attachments to the candidate’s
account in Pathwaystoministry.com or otherwise providing a copy to the appropriate registrar(s) as
directed by the requesting registrar.
Specific Instruction (from Form 14-3A)
 Secure a hard copy of the latest Cokesbury Forecast curriculum catalog. If you do not have a copy, go to
www.cokesbury.com to request one be sent.
 Familiarize yourself with the entire catalog, specifically p. 2, learning what it means to be a UMC Endorsed
curriculum.
 Choose four resources from the Forecast catalog (two of which are UMC Endorsed, two resources that are
not UMC Endorsed) that could be used in your particular setting. Complete Form 14-3 Comparison
Worksheet for Evaluating Curriculum.
o All four must be from the same category (i.e., adult small group, children, etc.)
