DRESS CODE: Semi Formal
School dress code applies
BOYS: Tuxes or suit, dress slacks, shirt and tie
GIRLS: Long dress or short gown, dress or skirt, “After 6 Formal” attire.
No revealing undergarments
Any student inappropriately dressed will be asked to go home and change. Please check prior to the
dance if you have any concerns regarding appropriate dance attire.
SCHOOL RULES
ALL SCHOOL RULES AND DISTRICT POLICIES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL SCHOOL FUNCTIONS.
THIS INCLUDES DRESS CODE, BEHAVIOR AND DANCE CONDUCT.
 No freaking, grinding or any other form of inappropriate dancing. Student will be warned once. Further
infractions will result in removal from dance without a refund.
 No outside drinks are permitted in the dance.
 No purses or bags will be allowed inside the dance.
 NO PARTY BUSES
PARENT/GUARDIAN
In order to ensure that this event is a positive experience for your son/daughter, please note the following:
 Possession and/or use of alcohol is prohibited.
 Possession and/or use of controlled substances is prohibited
 All students are subject to breathalyzer test
Any student (or guest) arriving at the event under the influence (or in possession of) an illegal substance
will not be admitted. In addition to alerting local law enforcement, you will be called to pick up your child
from the dance. In the event you cannot be reached, the incident will be referred to the local police department.

GUEST TICKET PURCHASE
In order to purchase a ticket for a non-FVHS student you will need:







Copy of your guest’s ID (required)
Guest portion of permission slip completed by parent/guardian and guest
FVHS student portion of permission slip completed by parent/guardian and student
Business card and signature from administration of guest’s school
Approval from FVHS administration after all other signatures have been obtained
FVHS student ID card
Cash or check. NO checks accepted from guest
All detentions must be served and detention clearance slips turned in to
Supervision by Tuesday, October 9th, no later than 3:00 p.m.

The following is required prior to an FVHS student purchasing tickets:
 A copy of guest’s identification
 An administrator’s signature in the space provided below AND a business card if the high school
is outside HBUHSD. Permission of college administration is not required.
 Proper signatures from: guest, guest’s parent and guest’s high school administrator
