PARENTS EVENING
THURSDAY 12th NOVEMBER 2015
Parents Evening will be held on Thursday 12TH November and we will try to arrange a
convenient time for you to meet with your child’s class teacher.
Please complete the slip below to say which hour is best for you to attend. When the
slip is returned, your child’s teacher will give an exact appointment time for you.
Please return the slip to your child’s class teacher by Monday 9th November
to enable the staff to arrange the appointment times. Appointment times will be
allocated on a first come first served basis. It is important to let us know if you are
unable to attend.
It would be appreciated if all parents / carers would make an
appointment as the teachers have allocated this evening to talk to you about your
child. On the evening you will also be given a data collection sheet for you to check
that we have the correct details for your child recorded on our school data base.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children on Parents evening so please
make other arrangements for them.
