FIRST DEPARTMENT - DAIRY CATTLE

1. Read the rules and regulations before making entries.
2. Entries can be made using one of the following options:
1. Online entries – see online entry instructions, online entry deadline midnight July 11, 2015.
2. Mail in entries must be post marked by July 11, 2015.
3. Day of show registration – entries close at 12 Noon, July 21, 2015.
3. Animals MUST be in place four hours prior to show time.
4. All animals must be registered.
5. Exhibitors must have owned animals shown by them at least 30 days prior to exhibition.
6. Entries in this department are unlimited but only two premiums can be collected per exhibitor in each
class.
7. Dairy cattle may show only in one individual class exception of group classes.
8. An entry fee of $4.00 will be charged for each animal entered in the cattle department.
9. Exhibits participating in a one day show can arrive on the premises 24 hours prior to show time and leave
immediately after their show or not later than 8:00 am the morning following their individual show.
10. No health papers needed, however the animal may be checked by the fair vet.
11. A season or membership ticket must be purchased by the exhibitor.
12. Straw only for bedding.
