5) Imagine your own utopian society… Make a list of “commandments” you believe
people should live under. What values would be most important in this society? Identify
the benefits of such a society, describe what the world would be like under these “rules”,
and explain how/why you believe this utopia could successfully exist. (Feel free to draw
a diagram, an illustration, whatever you feel would be the best representation of your
utopia…) 
Annotate John Lennon’s “Imagine” and write a “cake” paragraph to draw connections
between the song and Animal Farm by doing the following:
1) What is the ideal government/world according to John Lennon?
2) Whose beliefs and ideas in the story are similar to Lennon’s ?
3) Do you believe this kind of world is possible? Why or why not?
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace
You, you may say
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world
You, you may say
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
