First Course

Bowl of spicy Tomato soup, swirl of Worcester sauce cream, sun blushed tomato
bread and a shot of Vodka to add at your pleasure
Brace of Duck
Crispy Duck pancakes with plum sauce, orange glazed duck breast slices and a
quenelle of smooth duck pate with melba toast
A Winters Walk in the Forest
A selection of crispy Wild mushrooms, Perl Las and herb crust topped baked flat
mushroom, smooth mushroom pate, warm fresh berries and green leaves
Seared King Scallops
Pan Fried scallops served with crispy oak smoked bacon, local butcher’s black
pudding on a minted pea puree and sea salt pearls to garnish

Layers of Puff pastry with goats cheese, pesto, red onion and dressed green leaves
