Group/Class activities: Use the body templates to mark the flow of blood around the body. Yoga and breathing techniques help the flow of blood to and from each single part of the body. Hence yoga contributes immensely in betterment of overall health of human being. Using the yoga instructions, show the children different yoga moves to support the flow of blood around the body during a standalone PE session or series of PE sessions.
