Meeting called to order at 5:15pm.
November minutes approved.
2012 NTI Circle of Excellence Chapter Award/Karen

We won!! Karen, Vivian and LuAnn will accept at NTI Orlando. We will receive a $1000
honorarium.

AACN developed memorial fund to provide leadership development activities
Vivian motioned to donate $1000, LuAnn second, all in favor.
President’s Theme Chapter Awards Application due February/Karen

Vivian and Karen will develop a submission prior to the February meeting.
