The late registration deadline for the October 24 ACT is this Friday. This is the last ACT until
December. The November 7 SAT Reasoning and Subject test deadline is October 9.
Interested in Massachusetts Institute of Technology? MIT will have an admissions information
session at Hilliard Darby HS, Monday,10/5, at 7 pm...students of all grade levels and their parents
are invited.
A College Fair for students with learning disabilities will be at Gahanna Lincoln HS next
Wednesday 6-8 pm.

1. Have a talent, song, dance, or trick you want to perform? Come try out for the Halloween
Cabaret Thursday, October 8th, in the Choir Room after school. An Audition Sign Up Sheet
is outside the choir room.
What is the Halloween Cabaret? The Halloween Cabaret is a showcase of student talent,
taking place on Halloween Night, October 31, at 6:30 pm. (No, it is not the same night as
trick or treat.) Tickets will sell for $6.00 a piece, including dessert and drink, and serve as
a fundraiser for the Choral Department. Don't wanna perform? Buy a ticket, come to the
show and dress up in your best costume! A costume contest will be held, with the prize
being a $50 gift card.
2. Come to the Choral Department's Fall Concert, October 20th, 7pm in the Auditeria. This
concert is FREE. Come hear your friends perform what they have been working hard on
this year in choir
