Awards
Awards: The top 10 runners in girls and boys JH & JV races will receive medals at the finish and have
their names announced at the awards ceremony. The top 15 runners in girls and boys varsity races will
receive their medals in an awards ceremony directly after the meet. The winning varsity teams will
receive a trophy at the awards ceremony directly after the meet.
Entry Fee: $100 per school.
Team Rosters/Results: Rosters will be taken off of the MSHSL website. We will allow up to 8 athletes
in the varsity races. Coaches please have your roster updated by Tuesday, 10/6. Results will be
available at http://webpages.charter.net/hyteklive/hyteklive/crosscountry/ . Team results will be announced at
the awards ceremony.
Packet Pick-up: Coaches can pick up their packets at the registration table. Included in each packet
will be lane assignments, pins, a trash bag, copies of this informational hand out, course maps and a tag
for each runner.
Concessions: There will be a hot meal, homemade baked goods and regular items available at
concessions as well CC hats for $15(please see image below). If you have an idea of how many your
team might want for a pre-order please let me know.
Misc info: An athletic trainer will be available to athletes in the finish area. Please remind your athletes
to stay off the greens and the tee boxes. We also need to stay out of the clubhouse.
Teams: Brainerd, Detroit Lakes, Forest Lake, Little Falls, Princeton, Rogers, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Apollo,
Cathedral and Willmar.
