It covers recent research in leadership and management, including how to lead organisation change, the impact of culture on decision-making, as well as the various types of leadership used to help the organisation accomplish its mission. International and intercultural aspects of leadership and management are discussed. Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to 1. Describe leadership theories and apply one or more to professional settings 2. Identify their individual style of leadership and the style that will aid them in being successful 3. Apply leadership styles and theories to specific contexts, and compare and contrast leadership experiences in two cultures, European and American 4.
