Primary project was to create two new company web sites – both the U.S. version and Canada version, and
delivering entire content for both sites, while simultaneously developed other marketing collateral projects.

Created, developed, and wrote copy for AT&T’s Small Business Web site.
Acted as the liaison between the Information Architects, designers, and IT in developing copy for the
site, along with site functionality.
Worked on a project overhaul of the current small business site, including new copy, new web pages,
edited and repurposed current content still accurate on the site, and developed new content for the
redesign overhaul project.
Was responsible for managing relationships between the team of designers, product analysts,

Owned, edited, updated, managed, and wrote content for the internal SAM SharePoint site, external
Software Asset Management (SAM) SAM Website and the Microsoft Partner Program and collaborated


Updated content and worked with stakeholders on integrated marketing strategies in order to

Worked collaboratively with many departments within the organization from sales, to the mortgage

content published on the web site, whether the content was corporate information or government
information regarding mortgages.

Worked with site architecture as needs were constantly changing. Worked closely with the
development team to create banner ads, RSS Feeds, SEO placement, flash banners, and graphics for
the site. My role was the owner/manager of the site.

Helped with the transition of moving all business operations from the TXU Energy umbrella to Capgemini.

Worked as a writer and project manager to help facilitate a smooth transition for their employees by

merger, and any other questions or issues that would arise from this type of corporate merger/transition.


Developed and wrote all marketing and any type of communications necessary to communicate with
the public, as well as the church members. I organized events and coordinated all aspects of event
planning. I wore many hats and juggled multiple projects simultaneously.


Web Content Manager and senior writer for Texas Instruments Educational Division, as the owner of their
educational web site. I supported product managers, sales managers, and anyone within marketing
who wanted their product or message on the site.

Wrote and edited content for the site, as well as edited other team member’s content, and worked in
collaboration with many teams to decide what content would best push our messaging – whether it be
sales promotions, pushing a sell, or just informing our audience about products.
