Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator Responsible to: Account Managers Responsible for: Client Specification, Documentation and Project Coordination The Company GTI Recruiting Solutions provides online recruitment management systems to blue-chip employers ranging from international investment banks, the big 4 accountancy firms, leading law firms as well as a diverse range of industrial, retail and public sector clients. All systems are powered by our proprietary hosted online database system using our dedicated network centre in London. Our development and account management team is based at Howbery Park, Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The Role Technical Project Coordinator – hosted online recruitment management systems We are recruiting for a Technical Project Coordinator to support the Account Management Team, who are developing new business opportunities and work with existing clients in the maintenance and expansion of their online recruitment systems. Key Responsibilities: Working alongside the Account Managers to assist in: Coordinating projects from information gathering through to implementation Development of specifications for system builds/upgrades Ensuring that all projects are comprehensively documented Working alongside development, support and testing teams to deliver project plans Providing reports for clients Producing training materials for clients on how to use systems Investigating issues that arise throughout the project Interrogation of SQL databases for the purposes of updating records Follow-up of client and system post-launch Key Skills: Essential Skills: Experience of working with technology Information / requirements gathering / business analysis Creation of functional specifications Time management Team working Desirable Skills: Experience in web/hosted database solutions Project management System testing and training Commercial awareness Other Information: Permanent role –37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – 9.00 – 5.30pm 3 month probationary period Salary dependant on experience – circa £25,000 per annum 23 days holiday per calendar year rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 28 days per annum, plus bank holidays Benefits: Automatically enrolled onto Company pension scheme after 3 month qualifying period, with employee contributing 3% of monthly salary and GTI will match employee contributions up to a maximum of 5% of monthly salary, Childcare vouchers, enhanced paternity and maternity policies and life assurance cover About GTI Website: www.groupgti.com GTI Recruiting Solutions is part of Group GTI, the graduate recruitment specialist, with offices in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Asia.
