Institute of Chemical Technology is inviting proposals from interested parties for Management Capacity
Development Programs under TEQIP on or before 25th September 2012.
A.
Management Capacity Development Programs:
These programs are for Middle and Senior level faculty members to improve the efficiency of
the Institute, as a leading Education and Research University. The designed programs should
take into account the qualifications of the faculty members having long experience in teaching
at UG/PG levels and doctoral research. The details can be seen on www.ictmumbai.edu.in.
The faculty members are experienced in handling projects for research and technology
developments, related to Chemical Industry.
1. The Training organization should have its own infrastructure for conducting the program(s)
over 5 to 7 days.
2. The organization should have minimum 5 years of experience of conducting such programs
and proposals must be supported by CVs of qualified resource persons, with respect to their
experience in the field and training programs.
3. The proposal must have details of previous similar programs conducted by the organization.
These may be verified with the trained parties for efficacy of the modules.
4. Typical program should accommodate about 30 persons, providing all resource materials in
print and/or soft form in advance, making arrangements for lodging/boarding, if necessary.
5. The organization shall provide a follow-up session for a day after a six months without any
additional charge.
6. The training organization may provide details of different suitable training modules, for
selection, if available.

Program under TEQIP on or before 25th September 2012
Staff Development Programs
1. Training in
(i) Tally and Financial Systems,
(ii) Office Productivity Suites including database management and
(iii) Communication improvement including Written English and English Speaking.
The training organization should have at least five years of experience in training persons in
accounting softwares, such as Tally, and Financial systems, Database management, and
Communication skills.
The organization should have minimum 5 years of experience of conducting such programs and
proposals must be supported by CVs of qualified resource persons, with respect to their
experience in the field and training programs
The organization should have its own infrastructure to train the persons, 30 in a batch, or in
smaller groups/individual as per the convenience of the participants.
Modules for short term and long term training should be clearly specified.
All participants are graduates and have fairly good computer knowledge.

Equity Plan for Graduates and Post-Graduates
The training programs for Graduates and post Graduates as Finishing School for the following
activities
(i)
SWOT Analysis, Resume writing and Interview Skills
(ii)
Communication skills and grooming
(iii)
Interpersonal communications Skills
(iv)
Stress and Time Management
The training organization should have at least five years of experience in training graduates.
The organization should have minimum 5 years of experience of conducting such programs and
proposals must be supported by CVs of qualified resource persons, with respect to their
experience in the field and training programs.
List of previously conducted programs must be provided with names of contact persons for
verification.
The program can be provided module-wise at the Institute itself.
