Description

Serve as a member of team developing a desktop common operating environment for the IC.
Responsibilities:

Design, integrate and support the development of desktop common operating environment system to be
deployed globally.
Support the development of technical design and architecture trades
Responsible for the delivery of services to the customers according to Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications:

BS+8 (or MS+6) years’ experience in designing Exchange 2010 or 2013 architecture for development, test
and integration.
1+ years in the Intelligence Community
Understanding of the Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise
Demonstrated knowledge with MS services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
Knowledge Microsoft’s messaging and collaboration products, including Exchange Unified Messaging and
Office 365
Understanding of physical, virtual and IC cloud MS Exchange implementations
Excellent communications skills and ability to interact, via the phone, chat or email.
Understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) implementations and operations.
Microsoft Exchange knowledge and troubleshooting
Education:
•
BS in Computer Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related Bachelor’s degree
Certifications Required:
•
MS Exchange 2010 or 2013
Certifications Desired:
•
ITIL v3
