Dear Parents and Carers,
I am pleased to offer your son/ daughter a fantastic opportunity to see The Woman in Black. Students
have been studying this important novel in English which is linked to the National Curriculum. This trip
will enhance and consolidate the learning they have undertaken in English this term.
We have acquired funding and so the cost of a ticket has been reduced to just £12. This is a significant
reduction from the original ticket price which represents excellent value considering we are entering the
West End to see a play which has been running for 30 years.
The location of the performance is at the Fortune Theatre, Covent Garden on Thursday 12th March 2015
at 3pm. We will therefore be leaving from Wapping High School at 1pm and return between 5.45-6pm.
We will be travelling by London Underground and the cost of their return ticket will be covered.
If your child is interested in coming, please complete the attached form and return it as soon as possible.
